My New Craft Center!!

OH MY GAWD.

I AM SO EXCITED!!!!

I finally got a craft center!!

I have been collecting all sorts of wonderful craft making supplies and they have all found their way to my office...
which just so happens to be the business office...
and the office that any customers walk in to...
and they see all my crap laying around...

So you get the point.

My crap has been cluttering my office for weeks months now. It finally hit me about three weeks ago so I started to shop around for an armoire on Craigslist. This was my pin-spiration:

Uhm... amazeballs.

Right?

So I found this beauty:

Good size, matches my desk, classic lines, $150 dollars.

Unless you are me.

Because I like to get stuff cheap.

So I got it for $100.

And now I have this beauty in my office!!

I LOVE IT!

Mine isn't nearly as badass as that other ladies, but I'm getting there. I mean, I have only had the little guy for 4 hours. BUT in those four hours I bought those six photo boxes from Michael's for $10 and that cute pink leopard box and zebra box at Target for $1 each.

Behind the doors I have my sewing machine, sewing supplies, Cricut cartridges, paint, paint brushes, a few scrapbook supplies, tape, and yadda yadda yadda...

In the top drawer I have tissue paper in the box on the left, various cards and new tissue paper, and then ribbon and bows in the box on the right.

Don't you love the card on top? Hilarity!

(Thank you Mallory for letting me have these awesome Macy's boxes. You are the best!)

The bottom drawer has gift boxes, gift bags, and wrapping paper.

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!

I'm so glad my office is now clutter-free!! Woohoo!!

Now It's time to go watch The Bachelorette and watch Emily make-out with three different guys!!
Oh... and I think she is going to choose Sean!

I'M OUT!

Shopping Tip!

Here's the deal.

I have OCD.

That's pretty clear.

I also have a fear of my stuff getting stolen.

Makes me crazy.
Had a bad experience. When your purse gets stolen, it's traumatic.

So here's the deal. When I go to the store (Target/TJ Maxx/Sam's Club) I basically strap my purse in to my cart like I would a small child. I mean, the contents of a ladies purse are:

1. Private
and
2. Valuable

Otherwise, we wouldn't haul that crap around with us EVERYWHERE.

So think about this scenario...

There I am, shopping the clearance aisle at TJ Maxx, in an intense thought process about how I can re-purpose a busted picture frame or how I can incorporate this $5.00 vase in to my office and then...

BAM!

Someone tries to grab my purse!!

Well guess what happens?

They look like IDIOTS when my purse doesn't let go! That strap is holding my baby in place!

BOOYAH THIEF.

That didn't pan out for ya now, did it!?

So that's my tip. Strap that bad boy down. It takes two seconds.

Happy Birthday America!

Hey ladies! I hope everyone is having a great 4th of July so far. It feels weird to me since it's on a Wednesday. I'm used to one crazy weekend dedicated to the 4th. This year we have two!

A few things to remember:
and
If you are traveling, drive safe!
If you are shooting off fireworks, be careful!

At Skaterfest last weekend, Ronnie put on an amazing fireworks display. Though the grand finale was a little more than what we expected!

Don't worry. No one was hurt!

Happy 4th!

I'm in Detroit!

Aloha.
How is you?
I is good.

Oh gawd I'm so weird.

Anywho... I'm in Detroit! Tyson and I hauled Freedom up here for a poker run and I learned a few things about myself on the way up here.
1. Car rides trump coffee. This girl can drink a cup of coffee, get in to the truck, and pass the eff out. Amazes me.
2. I will never be that girl that gets up in the morning and does my hair and makeup before a long road trip. I think I sleep more in the car than I am awake.
3. And well I had something else but I can't remember what it was. :-D

We are bout to go boatin'. I'll catch ya'll in a few days!
