This is how my day is going:


Anywho. I ran again this morning. YAY! I downloaded this app a few days ago called "My Fitness Pal" and I really like it. You log what you eat for each meal, how much you work out, and how much water you drink daily. If you don't have someone to hold you accountable for what you eat and how often you workout, this app sure does a good job! I have read in numerous articles saying that if you keep a "food diary" you will start to eliminate the unnecessary foods from your diet. Sounds good to me!


Tomorrow I probably won't have time to blog so here is my crazy schedule:
7:00am - Dentist. Yay! not.
10:00am - Shower & pack
12:00pm - Eat lunch
1:00pm - drive to Columbia
5:00pm - Have dinner with one of my good friends from college, Tamara
7:00pm - Head to Mallory's house!! Woo hoo!! Sleep over!!
9:00pm - Have some drinks
11:00pm - bed time. haha what a joke

Then Saturday is MALLORY'S BRIDAL SHOWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sara and I have had a lot of fun planning this amazing ladies bridal shower and I can't wait to see it all come together!!

Okay... I'm outa here. I have to go find the rest of my matching pens.
